Bill Sets July 1 To Start Charitable Bingo Games
LITTLE ROCK Despite approval in November of a constitutional amendment that allows charitable bingo and raffles in Arkansas, it will be July 1 before people can legally begin playing the games, according to bill filed Wednesday in the Legislature.
