In a reversal of previous decisions to move the Nelson County EMS into the county-owned building and former home to the Bardstown Bingo Center, Nelson Fiscal Court voted Tuesday to tear down the structure.

A gambling bill that sets out the rules for charitable bingo and raffles, activities approved by Arkansas voters last fall, calls for a July 1 starting date.
