During its monthly bingo program at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Reno, the Sparks Elks Lodge 2397 awarded a special plaque to Douglas R. Castle, retiring Recreational Therapy assistant. Castle’s last day was Dec. 29, ending 33 years of service to the United States government.
