Cherokees Approve $650M Casino Plan
The tribal council of the Eastern Band of Cherokees approved a $650 million plan Tuesday to add a hotel tower, retail stores and more room for gambling at its casino.

- French mathematician Blaise Pascale is often credited with inventing the roulette wheel as a result of his experiments with perpetual motion machines.
