Century Casinos acquire interest in Casinos Poland
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado (PRESS RELEASE) — Century Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq: CNTY; Vienna Stock Exchange) announced today that the Company’s Austrian subsidiary, Century Casinos Europe GmbH, has completed the previously announced acquisition of 100% of G5 Sp.z.o.o., a Polish company, which holds 33.3% of all issued and outstanding shares of Casinos Poland Ltd.

- In 1891, Sittman and Pitt of Brooklyn began to manufacture the first nationally known poker card machines. The machines maintained their enormous popularity until just before World War I.
