Bingo spells success for youth, seniors in Union City
UNION CITY Despite a near blizzard the night before, a large crowd of seniors showed up to join members of the Community Unlimited Youth Board for dinner, socializing and lots of Bingo.

- A nationwide survey by the U.S. Travel Industry Association found that 38% of all U.S. residents have been to Las Vegas in their lifetime. The average length of visitors' stay in Las Vegas was almost 4 days (3.7).

- The name blackjack came from an early bet (since discontinued) that paid 10 to 1 if the player got a jack of spades and an ace of spades, both black cards, as the first two cards.
