Slots challenger lawsuits: Betting against the house?

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) Pennsylvanias gambling regulators asked the state Supreme Court on Thursday to require challengers to the slot-machine licenses they awarded to put up big money to cover potential state revenue losses.
