State seeks bonds for casino appeals
Gaming board says suits over licenses will delay tax relief. | Casino investors who lost their bids to operate Pennsylvania slots parlors and are now appealing will cost the state nearly $400 million if their lawsuits delay the opening of the licensed casinos, the Gaming Control Board told the state Supreme Court on Thursday.
