Gambling Dollars Could Benefit West Virginia Cities, Counties
WHEELING By this time next year, the city of Wheeling could be faced with a pleasant challenge: how to spend an additional $250,000 or more. Thats the citys expected cut from House Bill 2718, which authorizes a local option vote for table gambling at the states four racetracks.
