NY casino supports highway expansion
NEW YORK As reported by the Mid-Hudson News: “The environmental review for the proposed St. Regis Mohawk casino at Monticello Raceway may say an expansion of NY Rt. 17 from two to three lanes in each direction is not necessary; however, David Hanlon, CEO of Empire Resorts, owners of raceway facilities, said they support ‘any investment in the future of the Hudson Valley region.’
