Police: Gambling Couple Left Infant In Car
LA CENTER, Wash. — A Portland couple visiting a casino was arrested after police said they left their 4-month-old daughter in their car. Alfonso Pardo Carillo, 33, and Ramona Rodriguez Blanco, 25, face charges of reckless endangerment and leaving a child unattended in a motor vehicle.
