Turning stone casino agreement under microscope

The 1993 compact allowing the Oneida Nation to open and operate the Turning Stone Casino will be re-evaluated, according to a letter the U.S. Department of the Interior sent earlier this month to both Gov. Eliot Spitzer and the Oneidas.
