Bill for casinos, slots passes House; awaits Senate vote.
TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) Casinos in four areas of Kansas and slot machines at dog and horse tracks in three cities were approved Monday by the House, but its uncertain whether there is enough support in the Senate to end 15 years of legislaive failures and make expanded gambling a reality.
