Ex-pol Garcia surrenders in gambling ring case
FREEHOLD, N.J. - Former state assemblyman and Union City mayor Raul “Rudy” Garcia surrendered to authorities Friday morning to face charges in a $500 million gambling ring broken up earlier in the week.
