Toms River man charged in illegal gambling ring
A Toms River man was charged today in connection with the illegal sports betting ring broken up by State Police and the Monmouth County Proseucutor’s Office. Gilbert Cilli, 67, of Toms River, was arrested in Maryland. He was charged with racketeering, conspiracy to commit financial facilitation of criminal activity, promoting gambling and conspiracy.
