The ABCC said that Dawes Ave. Variety on Dawes Avenue, and K&J Variety and Jake’s Variety, both on West Housatonic Street, gave cash winnings to undercover agents. Although the poker machines themselves are legal, they are illegal when used for gambling with any sort of payout.
