Judge throws out lawsuit aiming to put casinos in Ohio
TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) A federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit filed by an Indian tribe that wants to build the first casinos in Ohio. U.S. District Judge James Carr also decided against approving settlements that would have given the Eastern Shawnee of Oklahoma some land rights.
