S&P Lowers Outlook on Ameristar Casinos
Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services on Thursday lowered its outlook for Ameristar Casinos Inc., a day after it agreed to buy a Resorts International Holdings LLC unit that owns and operates Resorts East Chicago for $675 million in cash.
