Gaming board sues Philadelphia City Council over slots casinos
It asks state high court to settle placement. | A battle between Philadelphia and Pennsylvania over slot-machine gambling landed in state Supreme Court on Thursday as the state’s gambling regulatory agency asked justices to declare it the sole authority over casino placement.
