Woman Charged With Neglecting Husband at Casino

AP - A Nebraska woman faces a charge of neglect of a dependent person after leaving her husband unattended in a car outside a Council Bluffs casino. Judy Lea Fairbanks, of Bellevue, Neb., was charged Saturday after she was found gambling at the Horseshoe Casino.
