For sale: Thirteen mostly rural Nevada casinos including Silver Club in Sparks, Sharkey’s in Gardnerville, El Capitan in Hawthorne and a Nevada slot route. Package includes about 2,700 slots, 40 table games, 668 hotel and motel rooms. Asking price: More than $200 million.
