From bingo halls to bars, many Illinoisans fume about smoking ban
CAHOKIA, Ill. While working 32 bingo cards at a Knights of Columbus hall in Cahokia, retiree Shirley O’Neal was in her element today — her trusty orange bingo dobber in one hand, a smoldering Doral menthol in the other.
