NYRA gambling site hits a snag
It’s been a rough week for NYRA. First MGM Grand officials backed out of their plan to help NYRA pay for video lottery terminals at Aqueduct race course, and now the current owner of the state’s horse racing franchise is being forced to block people in Connecticut from placing bets on a new Internet gambling site.
