Tribal casino push loses steam

AUSTIN — State Rep. Norma Chávez and the Tigua’s tribal leader said Wednesday that they would continue fighting to reopen Speaking Rock Casino, even as prospects of lawmakers approving more gambling in Texas this year appeared to fade.
