Bingo halls are betting on game’s resurgence
On Friday night at the Dunellen Fire Company firehouse, concentration hung in the air like the scent of fryer grease. Dozens of bingo players listened intently, dotting their bingo sheets as the caller drawled out numbers that would decide who walked away a winner, and who just walked away.
