Country Club Hills left out of casino bill
Country Club Hills which has angled since 2002 for a casino would be frozen out of a new license under a popular proposal to expand gambling in Illinois. The proposal says a south suburban casino must be built within 8 miles of the Indiana line; Country Club Hills proposed site at 175th Street and Pulaski Road is more than 11 miles away.
