Palmer is in the cards as casino site
BOSTON Developers hoping to build a resort-style casino in the central Massachusetts town of Palmer met with top Patrick administration aides and legislators Tuesday, adding to the list of potential sites under discussion as the state ponders a dramatic expansion of gambling.
