Oswego Lions Club Second Annual Child Safety Day With ‘Cow Chip Bingo’
OSWEGO, NY - The Oswego Lions Club will hold its second annual Child Safety Day with Cow Chip Bingo on Sept. 8, at the Oswego Speedway. The Child Safety Day is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and admission is free.
