Nonbiding casino question to go on November ballot

CHICOPEE, Mass. (AP) - Chicopee residents will have a chance to weigh in on casino gambling when they go to the polls next month. The Board of Alderman has unanimously approved a non-binding referendum that asks voters if the city should request proposals for a resort casino.
