At Fall Foliage Festival, it’s just like old times

When the Warner Fall Foliage Festival started in 1947, it featured a Saturday night dance, where a big band played and the festival queen was crowned, said Rebecca Courser, executive director of the Warner Historical Society. The midway rides and food venders were fewer, bingo games were still played, and Sunday night was movie night at town hall.
