Two Northern Kentuckians are among a group of lawmakers picked to study casino gambling in Kentucky after Gov.-elect Steve Beshear made a referendum on the issue a central campaign issue.
The Carson Valley Kiwanis Club hosts its annual Turkey Bingo Saturday at the CVIC Hall in Minden. This year there are two sessions - 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Bingo cards are 25 cents each per game, no limit to the number of cards.
