St. Joseph casino owner considers sale
The St. Jo Frontier Casino and other holdings of Las Vegas-based Herbst Gaming, Inc. are in play. Privately held Herbst said it had retained financial advisers Goldman, Sachs & Co. to evaluate strategic alternatives ranging from refinancing to a sale of some or all the companys 14 casinos in three states.
