Novator welcomes Amer Sports AGM decisions, asks for EGM on June 4 at latest
HELSINKI (Thomson Financial) - Novator, the biggest shareholder in Amer Sports said it welcomes the process of change that began at the sports equipment maker’s annual general meeting yesterday adding that it has called for an EGM on June 4 at the latest.
