Racetrack-casino deal wins Legislature’s OK

Riches from an agreement by Atlantic City casinos to renew horse-racing purse subsidies will be moving toward Freehold Raceway, three weeks after the governor’s office first announced that casinos would provide $90 million over three years to the racing industry.
