Senate remains tied up with bingo legislation
MONTGOMERY | A bingo amendment for Macon County continued to tie up the Senate on Tuesday.Supporters of the proposed constitutional amendment are blocking a vote on the measure because they don’t have the enough votes for it to pass. The filibuster began last month and has halted all other Senate business.

Gambling casinos history:
- Parimutuel wagering refers to the type of gambling where the total prize pool is based upon the amount of money wagered. The more money gambled, the bigger the prize.

He went on to perfect his initial innovation in 1907, when he teamed with Mills Novelty Company who manufactured the "Mills Liberty Bell".
