Eighteen arrested for gambling ring linked to Dominican lottery

The Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office broke up a gambling ring Wedneday that was set up to funnel money into the Dominican lottery. Eighteen people were arrested from Passaic, Paterson, New York City and Westchester County, N.Y.
