WATERLOO — Isle of Capri Casinos Inc. announced Tuesday that Bari Richter has been appointed vice president and general manager at the Isle Casino & Hotel at Waterloo.
Hundreds of local bills could die in the 2008 legislative session unless senators overcome the divisiveness spawned by a controversial bingo bill.
