Community groups hurting under smoking ban
Bingo revenue has been slashed by as much as 30% since gambling joints were forced to adhere to the citys smoking ban in the new year, one Calgary community association says.

Gambling history facts:
- As early as 1420, lotteries were used in Europe for public works. High-value commodities such as land and art were often sold through lotteries.
