The New York Racing Association’s plan to emerge from bankruptcy is in jeopardy. A proposed plan in Albany to help bail out the failing NYC Off-Track Betting Corp. would keep NYRA in the red. The Albany plan would let NYCOTB pay the NYRA 20% less than currently required.

- If you have even seen a Baccarat player bend the cards and make a fold in them, don't be surprised. This is common because once the decks in the card shoe are finished in Baccarat, they are usually thrown away. In Baccarat, do not bet on a tie hand.
