Ill. lawmakers face deadline decisions on gambling, lottery
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (AP) - Illinois lawmakers are trying to pass a new budget and wrap up their spring session today, but it won’t be easy. They face tough decisions about gambling, privatizing the state lottery and refinancing state debt.
