Mayor, governor reach agreement to keep OTB running
New York City’s 68 off-track betting parlors will open as usual Monday and their 1,500 employees will hold on to their jobs, thanks to an agreement reached by Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Gov. David A. Paterson.
