Report: Australias 3rd richest man expected to sign $1.5-B casino deal in RP
MANILA, Philippines - James Douglas Packer, the third richest man in Australia, is expected to sign a $1.5-billion contract for a hotel and casino resort project in the Philippines, according to a report from Radio Australia on Monday.
