Atlantic City councilman downplays chance of Route 30 casino being built
ATLANTIC CITY - As a measure heads to City Council to potentially rezone a parcel along Route 30 as a casino site, Councilman Bruce Ward lowered the expectations of a casino actually being built on land overrun with developmental obstacles.
