JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) A state judge rejects a lawsuit seeking to knock a casino initiative off the November ballot.The initiative would repeal Missouri’s unique gambling loss limit, cap licenses for new casinos and raise casino taxes to increase funding for education.
