Casino smoking plan a ‘Band-Aid,’ Foxwoods workers complain to Rell
Foxwoods workers notified Gov. M. Jodi Rells office Wednesday that an anticipated high-tech ventilation system at the states two casinos was a Band-Aid and not an adequate solution to secondhand smoke.
