Arkansas House approves repeal of bingo tax
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - The Arkansas House approved a bill Friday eliminating the penny tax on charitable bingo cards, after hearing promises that strict enforcement will remain in place to keep illegal bingo halls from operating.
