Feb. 23 (Bloomberg) — A $1.75 billion U.S. casino buyout by Crown Ltd. , the Australian firm controlled by billionaire James Packer , is the subject of a Delaware lawsuit filed by his sister, Gretel Lees Packer, trying to keep family trust information private.
