Valley Men Sentenced for Gambling
Three men, at the center of a Warren gambling operation, have been sentenced. On Friday, Donald Fleck of Girard and Colin McCartnery were each sentenced to two years probation. They, along with James Kay of Girard, will also have to pay fines.
