St. Tammany council votes to ban video bingo
COVINGTON, La. The St Tammany Parish Council voted Thursday night to ban Video Bingo. The council voted 13 to 1 for the ban, with only Slidell Councilman Richie Artigue voting to allow Video Bingo in St. Tammany.
