Police blotter: Club owner cited for running gambling machines

From staff reports The owner of The Cellar Club faces two gambling charges after authorities conducting a business check discovered a man playing an illegal poker machine in the back of the establishment at 1071 Fernwood-Glendale Road Friday night.
